Plastic surgery rumors repeatedly hit Kim Kardashian. North West's mother reported having plastic surgery on the face and other parts of his body. However, he always has its own way to answer these rumors.

More recently, the wife of rapper Kanye West had a chance to upload a photo of her childhood in Instagram. The photos were uploaded Kim on Saturday (17/1).

"FBF Keeks (call Kim) at the age of 6 years vs. 30 years old Keeks #SomeThingsNeverChange," wrote sister Kylie Jenner is the photo caption. Through the photo, Kim if to assert that there is no difference between the current face with when still a child.

Even so, there are still many haters who believe that Kim never had plastic surgery on her face. This was revealed by the account owneralexis_proctor_brown and__alfiesharp__.

"A doctor plastic surgery can make the face used to be beautiful. You were more beautiful before plastic surgery," he said. "Unless Botox, breast surgery and make fuller hips and all other plastic surgery, you mean," added another.
