No one guessed when finally the wedding singer Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie dropped out. After being married for three years, the couple took the toughest decision to divorce.
Not just stop there, after the divorce of the hockey athletes, Hilary re-filed a lawsuit over child custody. The singer of the song "So Yesterday" was also sued in order to custody of the child fell into his hands.
However, it seems that Mike does not agree to that. Reporting from TMZ, Thursday (23/4) Hilary's ex-husband was then requested that custody be given equally to both of them.
Owner song "All About You" was not disagree if child custody is given equally to both of them. According to Hilary, this is due to bad habits Mike who likes partying.
